ABOUT

We are a friendly, sociable club, which was formed in 1987 and has been continuously active ever since.

Our aim is to cater for runners of all abilities, both male and female, from finely honed 'racing snakes' to first-time recreational runners.

Club night is Tuesdays - we meet at the Falmouth Cricket Club at 6.45pm. Club night runs are varied, followed by a chat and a drink in the bar by many. In addition, we have coached sessions on a Thursday, and additional runs at the weekend for those who just can't get enough. Check out the training page for more info.

Social Events

In addition, the club is proud of its social aspect which plays a large part in our ethos. Every Saturday morning we meet for a social run, followed by coffee and brunch and we try to explore the area around several local pubs during the summer months.

We generally hold a BBQ in the summer and an Annual Dinner in December or January. Partners and family are encouraged to join in. Once in a while we arrange something different, such as Dragon Boat Racing during the summer!

Club Committee

The committee members actively work towards the smooth running of the club and welfare of its members. They endeavour to uphold and implement the England Athletics requirements and encourage participation in the Cornish Grand Prix and other events. View the current committee here.
